Terms of Use

1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms define the rights, responsibilities, and conditions of service between TeamQT ("we," "us," or the "Operator") and each person who uses Gemoria (the "User"). These Terms and the Privacy Policy apply when a User installs or uses the service.

2. The Service

Gemoria is a puzzle game in which players move mixed-up colored jewels to their correct positions to complete pixel art. We may provide levels, collections, settings, and related features locally or through a server.

The service currently includes no user accounts, user-generated content, paid subscriptions, or assets with cash value. If paid features or advertising are added later, the applicable terms will be presented separately within the service.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must not:

• Disrupt the normal operation of the service, its servers, or its networks.
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or misuse the service through automated means beyond what applicable law permits.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of the Operator or any third party.
• Use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

Rights in the Gemoria name, logo, graphics, pixel art, level data, software, and documentation belong to the Operator or their respective lawful owners. Users may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes and may not sell its content or redistribute it as another product without permission.

5. Changes and Suspension

We may modify or discontinue all or part of the service to improve quality, protect security, comply with law, or meet operational needs. Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice through the app or official website of changes that materially affect user rights. We may provide notice afterward when urgent security issues or circumstances beyond our control prevent advance notice.

6. Data and Device State

Some progress and settings are stored on the device and may be lost if the app is deleted, the device is changed, storage is cleared, or an error occurs. Unless a server synchronization feature is expressly provided, we do not guarantee permanent retention of data stored locally on a device.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to provide a stable service but do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, and platform or third-party service outages.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for our willful misconduct or gross negligence or limits any user right that cannot be restricted under applicable law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in applicable law or the service. We will announce material changes, their effective date, and the reason for the change in the app or on the official website. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means the User has reviewed the changes. Where applicable law requires separate consent, we will follow the required process.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises, the Operator and User will work in good faith toward an amicable resolution. Any unresolved dispute will follow the procedures and jurisdiction provided by applicable law.
