Privacy Policy

Gemoria does not require registration and does not directly ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or precise location. However, pseudonymous identifiers, device and app information, usage events, and access logs may be processed by Google Analytics for Firebase for service improvement and by our web hosting provider.
1. Scope and Data Controller
This Policy applies to the Gemoria mobile game and official website provided by TeamQT ("we," "us," or the "Operator"). We publish this Policy to explain how we process personal data safely and transparently in accordance with applicable law.
2. Information We Process and Why
We do not collect account or contact information that you directly submit. The following information may be processed automatically when you use the app or website.

Gemoria does not use Analytics data for personalized advertising or user-level profiling. This website currently uses no separate analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or cookies.
3. Service Providers and International Transfers
The providers below may process information to deliver the service. We do not sell personal data.

For Firebase features that do not offer a location selection, data may be processed wherever Google or its agents operate facilities.
4. Your Rights and Choices
- You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or other rights available under applicable law.
- Because Gemoria does not create user accounts, we do not directly connect a specific person to a pseudonymous Analytics identifier. We may need additional device or App Instance information to process a request.
- You may reset or limit identifiers stored on your device by deleting the app, clearing app data, or changing your operating system's advertising identifier settings.
- A parent or legal guardian may exercise these rights on behalf of a child under 14.
5. Children's Privacy
Gemoria does not directly ask for age, name, or contact information and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14. If we learn that a child's personal data has been processed without a lawful basis, we will verify the matter and promptly delete the data or take other appropriate protective measures.
6. Security
We apply safeguards appropriate to the volume and nature of the information we process, including encryption in transit, access restrictions, and service configuration reviews. Data automatically collected by Google Analytics for Firebase is encrypted in transit using TLS.

8. Changes to This Policy
If the information we process, our purposes, or our external services change, we will update this page before the change takes effect. We will separately notify users through the app or website of material changes affecting their rights.
